WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
1. Service Provider Responsibilities:
* W.I.S.E. Technology Corporation will perform the repair services requested the customer in a timely and professional manner.
* W.I.S.E. Technology Corporation will use its best efforts to restore the computer system to its original working condition.
* W.I.S.E. Technology Corporation will provide a warranty for its repair services, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Consumer Responsibilities:
* The customer is responsible for properly transporting their computer system to W.I.S.E. Technology Corporation for repair services.
* The customer must provide accurate and complete information about the computer system and any issues they are experiencing.
* The customer must follow any instructions provided by W.I.S.E. Technology Corporation regarding the proper use and maintenance of their computer system after the repair.
3. Payment for Services:
* The customer is responsible for paying all fees associated with the repair services provided by
W.I.S.E. Technology Corporation.
* Payment is due at the time the repair services are completed.
* W.I.S.E. Technology Corporation does not issue cash refunds.
4. Warranty Terms and Conditions:
* W.I.S.E. Technology Corporation provides a warranty for its repair services for a period of 180 days from the date of completion.
* The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the repair services performed by W.I.S.E. Technology Corporation.
* The warranty will be void if the computer system becomes damaged from improper handling, liquid spills, inadequate ventilation, or neglect/abuse.
* Damage from flood, earthquake, power surges/outages, or fire/smoke will not be covered by the warranty.
* The warranty does not cover hardware or software not installed or purchased through W.I.S.E. Technology Corporation.
* W.I.S.E. Technology Corporation will be exculpatory of any loss of business, profits, or other consequential damage, real or perceived, that may have resulted from any malfunction of the computer system.
5. Shipping:
* Damages incurred during shipping will be covered by the shipping insurance.
* The cost of shipping is not included in the repair fee.
NOTE: This warranty policy is not intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable law. If any provision of this warranty policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect
