Initial Contact

We appreciate you allowing us to serve you. After Completing the Remote Repair Request Form, we will return a confirmation of your request for service. 


We love to communicate

We will then coordinate a date and time convient for you to shcedule when to connect to your system.

Our team will then forward you a schedule of terms, fees, and service plan to ensure that we can optimally meet your request for repair.  


Let the Greatness Begin

Before the "Remote Repair Session," our team will send you instructions that will enable a secure connection of your system to our Remote Service technician. 

The technician will call at the designated time, and the Remote Repair Session will  begin. 


Providing your quality serivce is our priority

After the Remote Service Technician has complete providing remote repairs agreed upon in the service plan. An invoice will be forwarded to you via your choice of payment for the services rendered.
